S H I P P I N G & R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

At Statements by Habibi we value every single customer and we take care with deliveries. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive the shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.


If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the USPS or the delivery carrier. Statements by Habibi cannot be held responsible for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


For now we only ship to the continental US. We ship most orders USPS 2-3 days Priority with tracking. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.



If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returned earrings unless defective.  All other merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.  If you wish to return the parcel please email us for the return address at with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). You will receive store credit for your purchase.


Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS priority shipping for convenience and tracking. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

All items purchased during sales or in the sale section can be return for store credit online. Processing returns for refunds takes about 2-3 business days. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.

All Items that are shipped free when returned for refund will be liable to the applicable shipping fees.
