All jewelry pieces are considered FINAL SALE unless they're damaged/defective upon arrival.
To make a return, email email@example.com for a Return Authorization #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will, in that case, be returned to the sender.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as a tracking number for your package.
Returns must be in an unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us within (2 Days) of receiving your order. This way we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.
